I was so excited to begin my own Prayer Journal, but, as I sat there that first morning I felt overwhelmed and intimidated. How would I ever organize all my thoughts and prayers into something beautiful like I had seen others do? Over that first week, I kept being reminded that this new venture was not about the beauty of the pages but the connection with my Creator.

Now, I keep as my goal to create something in my Journal each day. Some days I may scribble a few additional thoughts at lunch or between appointments. Occasionally, I can find several golden hours with Jesus in my Prayer Journal. Slowly, the pages come together and beauty emerges.

With bright colors and a birthday theme, I created this prayer journal for my birthday month. It brought so much life to me. I loved it.
During my bithday month, I wanted to focus on the amazing ways God has blessed my life, his eternal care for me every day, and the little ways He loves me. This was so much fun!
